Our Services
We provide non-medical, person-centered support services for adults with mild intellectual and developmental disabilities, ages 18–59, through Individualized Living Services (ILS) and Supported Living Services (SLS). Our services are designed to promote independence, dignity, choice, and full community integration.
Individualized Program Plan (IPP) Development & Support
We actively participate in the development, implementation, and ongoing review of each client’s Individual Program Plan (IPP) in collaboration with:
- The individual served
- Families and authorized representatives
- Regional Center service coordinators
- Allied professionals
